Knitting is not a crime!

Hey everyone.....How are you?  I hope all is well with you.....My title this week has to do with some accessories.....Have you heard of Succaplokki?  Well, they are an etsy shop from Finland and their tag line is Knitting is not a Crime......look at this adorable gauge set!

So how has your week been?  Mine has been okay....It has been HOT here in TX.....this past Tuesday was 107 degrees......

I got to see the girls again this past Wednesday and we (including Antonio) went for a walk (and then to eat our burned calories at Baskin Robbins).

And speaking of walking.....I glanced at my "Weekly Summary" on my watch today and almost 41 miles in one week......that just shocks me as I know how sedentary I used to be.

I am still eating fairly healthy (I do cheat here and there)

I finished all the dishcloths/potholders!

Then I thought I would pull out my blanket club and do a little work on it (The June shipment is supposed to be delivered today).

Then, Darlene decided to make a Halter Top/Bra Top for Baylee.....so I told her I would look in stash and make one too (I love to knit the same thing Darlene is knitting) so she sent me the yarn (Berroco Modern Cotton.....YUM!) and I said I could make one for Brinley....this pink is perfect for Brinley.....  the pattern is Get It Girl Bra Top

I love it so much, I ordered some extra pink to make a top for me to go with my pj bottoms and some red to go with another PJ bottom....

Well, that is all I have this week....hopefully I will have a finished halter top to show you next week.
